Instead of a long and opaque GDPR document, we provide a short and easy-to-understand description of how we protect your data. If you are curious about something that is not listed here, please write to us on the contact page.

What do we store and where?

• the message, name and e-mail address you provide on the contact page are forwarded to our mail system

What do we use it for?

• so that we can reply to your message

How long do we keep it?

• it is automatically deleted from our mail system log files after 30 days; in the mail client it moves to the archive folder after 30 days, and we delete everything from there quarterly
• please let us know if you would like it deleted sooner

Who can see it?

• the owners and staff of Schalk & Co.
• our server providers: tarhely.eu and atw.hu

Cookies and statistics

• no cookies are used on the site, so no cookie consent banner is shown
• we use our own visitor statistics that comply with GDPR, CCPA and PECR requirements
